Lucien Wynn, Managing Director

Lucien is the driving force behind the high-level strategic direction of Oneserve, setting the tone for our business which centres on ambition and enterprise. He drives our business development efforts from the front with energy and enthusiasm, and is committed to innovation and ideas. When not at work, Lucien runs with his tireless Dalmatian or spends time with his expanding, young family.

Adam Thompson, Operations Director

Adam is responsible for the day-to-day running of our operations, overseeing our approaches to development, support, implementation and account management. He knows Oneserve inside out having guided its development from a fledgling system to the comprehensive field service management software it is now. When he’s not overseeing operations here, Adam can be found renovating his house or mountain biking on the tracks nearby.

Dominic Harrington, Client Services Director

Dominic leads our client-facing services so he’s likely to be the first person you’ll meet, if you haven’t already done so. With substantial experience in account management and client engagement roles, coupled with a talent for integrating systems and operational processes, Dominic brings considerable business acumen and foresight to each client relationship. He’s your man in the know.

Dawson Stone, Business Development Director

Dawson is responsible for the business development activities at Oneserve, including our sales channels and partner relationships. With experience of helping new companies become recognised leaders in their segment, through innovation or inventions and excellent people, Dawson is committed to the success of Oneserve and positive customer experience. When Dawson isn't working, he can be found (if you can catch him) satisfying his thirst for motorbikes, travel and entertainment.

Rob Lucas, Technical Director

Rob leads the technical effort within Oneserve and has been involved in designing and developing the product from its inception. With years of experience developing web-based business applications and leading teams, we're confident we have the best technical guy there is to provide what our customers need. And when he's not busy at work, Rob can be found spending time with his young family.

Mark Perryman, Software Developer

Mark focuses on developing our software – in particular the development of system interfaces to ensure these run smoothly and are highly efficient. With an in-depth knowledge of the software amassed over a number of years, he’s also our internal go-to-guy for trouble-shooting any issues. When not at work, Mark can be found on the pitch playing football or on the slopes snowboarding.

Tomek Szpinda, Senior Developer

Tomek is a first-class developer. Having amassed substantial experience he’s still amazed at the capabilities of our software and excited by the development opportunities available. Recently Tomek enhanced Oneserve by creating our HTML5 mobile app. From Poland, he originally moved to Devon after winning a scholarship to study at his home’s twin-town in the area.

Marcus Swanson, Technical Delivery Manager

Marcus’s focus is on dramatically reducing Oneserve's time-to-market and development costs through comprehensive automated testing and continuous integration able to scale with your business. Consider him your man on the inside, delivering robust, innovative and quality development in a fraction of the time you’d expect. Having run the London Marathon twice, Marcus is resolute and focused.

Jodie Lewis, Technical Analyst

Jodie heads our support desk, so if you contact the support team it’s likely you’ll speak to her. You’ll be in safe hands. She has impressive knowledge and expertise – from interfacing and testing to site set-ups and implementations. A born problem solver with a friendly approach, Jodie provides the excellent client-facing support we live by. Outside of work, she can be found making jewellery in her workshop.

Darren Kukulka, Technical Architect

Darren manages Oneserve’s cloud infrastructure, ensuring application resources are configured and presented to our clients as efficiently and reliably as possible. With years of experience spanning roles across infrastructure, strategic architecture and facilities management, Darren ensured our smooth transition to becoming cloud-based and is enthused by the cutting-edge capabilities of our solutions. Astute and insightful, he spends much of his spare time pursuing musical goals – composing, performing and teaching.

Mark Faircloth, Software Architect

Mark focuses on making sure our software is good quality, so our customers get a robust, scalable and high performance product. His role demands strategic planning and sound decisions about the code we develop and implement, as well as which third party tools to use and industry standards to adopt. He works with precision and professional dedication, also applying these approaches to coaching his son’s football team outside of work.
