We’re proud to support One Vision Housing

Oneserve congratulates One Vision Housing on regaining the Maintenance Team of the Year 2012 at Inside Housing’s prestigious Housing Hero Awards last week.

Having first won the award in 2011, this year’s win is testament to One Vision Housing’s ongoing commitment to its Property Services team – the organisation’s in-house company specialising in construction, repairs and maintenance.

Oneserve is extremely to proud to be working with the double-award winning Property Services team, having provided the field service management software used by the team since its creation. The software manages the team’s people, assets and workflow by providing everyone with the knowledge, processes and communication tools to increase productivity, lower operating costs and improve customer service.

Using Oneserve’s cutting-edge software, One Vision Housing has been able to achieve outstanding performance, including 95 per cent job resolution on the first visit, 20 per cent increase in productivity and 98 per cent appointments achieved at first contact.

Lucien Wynn, Oneserve Managing Director, said:

“Regaining the award is a fantastic achievement by One Vision Housing and the entire Oneserve team sends heartfelt congratulations. It’s a pleasure working with such a visionary organisation and one willing to seize upon advances in technology.

One Vision Housing has shown faith in what we can do here and I’m delighted we’ve been able to play such a crucial role in the organisation regaining the award.”
