We’re proud to launch our Knowledge Base, designed to provide our growing Oneserve community with direct access to essential information and documentation about our field service management software.
The Knowledge Base includes useful information about the interfaces we use to integrate with our customers’ systems and our latest software updates as we deliver new features, alongside a range of user guides to name but a few examples of the knowledge we want to share.
Within the Base you will also find an extensive range of information about the support we provide to businesses using our software.
Rob Lucas, Oneserve Technical Director, who leads the technical team behind the delivery of our software, said:
“The Oneserve Knowledge Base is our first step towards creating a community of users of our software. How we see it is that with such an increase in online communities, partly due to the impact of social networking and philosophies such as open sourcing, software developers increasingly must engage with their end customers and truly share knowledge.
In today’s technology arena there are certainly less restrictions and it’s more about open collaboration, all of which we buy into. We want to share our knowledge and be accessible.”
