Oneserve uses Zendesk – a leading support helpdesk system – to manage and track support issues. As a customer you can easily raise a support ticket by sending us an email at email@example.com
If this is the first time you have contacted us you will automatically have an account set up on our ticketing system. You will be asked to set a password and from the point on can log into the ticketing system at any time to track your issue.
You will also receive an email acknowledging your support request and giving you a ticket number and links to view the ticket online. One of our support engineers will promptly pick up your ticket and respond to you via email with a resolution or further questions. Any communication you have with us via email will be tracked in the ticketing system.
