Mark Tincknell – Chairman
My role in Oneserve is to provide assistance in strategic direction of the business, ensure appropriate funding, offer guidance on high level operational matters and to represent the best interests of our one external shareholder.
What makes me proud to work at Oneserve is that from a standing start we have continued to make all the changes required to finally established ourselves and that we are beginning to excite the market in relation to our unique strategy and therefore our outstanding prospects.
Chris Proctor – Chief Executive Officer
My role within Oneserve has two primary components, working across our board to set organisational strategy and then taking overall responsibility to ensure that we succeed in all our goals.
There are two real stand out factors that make me proud of Oneserve, firstly the team; exceptionally talented and passionate people who truly believe in what we’re doing.
Secondly, it has to be what we’re doing. So many service visits start with a negative, something breaking or in need of repairing. What we allow our clients to do is to turn that paradigm on its head and turn a negative start into positive experience. We’ve all been on the end of both positive and negative service experiences, the knowledge that we’re powering hundreds of thousands of positive experiences is definitely something to be proud of, for all of us.
Rob Austin – Chief Operating Officer
My role is to deliver financial visibility, low risk, accurate and consistent commercial, financial and operational management through proven processes and procedures, ensuring best value at all times. I ensure Oneserve provides exceptional service through delivery and support to ensure our customers receive a first rate service from people who care about their business.
I am exceptionally proud to be a part of a rapid growing, innovative and dynamic business with an amazing team of enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable individuals who all have a passion for success and real pride in what they do.
Mark Hunt – Chief Technology Officer
My role within Oneserve is to lead both our technology and product teams as they strive to innovative and enhance our services. My goal is to support the development of our talented workforce so that in turn they can deliver great customer experience.
Innovation in the field of service management is at the heart of the Oneserve strategy, in this endeavour we strive to utilise technology and partnerships to enhance our solutions and open new opportunities for our customers.
Working at Oneserve is exciting and challenging. Everyone here motivates me to excel each and every day. Their energy and commitment to build better services never falters.
Rebecca Dickinson – Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, I have two keys roles, firstly, safeguarding and developing our brand, making sure that everything we do as a team is in line with our brand values. Secondly my role is to drive inbound leads into the business, ensuring we are reaching potential clients and spreading the message about our fantastic product.
As a team, we are always working on such exciting and interesting campaigns, there’s never a slow day in the Oneserve office! Together we are developing a leading software product, the future of Oneserve looks very exciting and I am proud to be a part of it.
Mark Perryman – Head of Technical and Support
My roles vary between managing the support team ensuring we are delivering the best support possible to our clients whilst designing and building integration between Oneserve and 3rd party systems. I also manage the office based technical team who work closely with our Project Managers and Clients to deliver new functionality helping our clients become more efficient.
I have been with the company since its inception, I am passionate about the company and what we deliver, over the years I have seen it grow into a fantastic product. I have a great working relationship with my colleagues and I am proud to have such a fantastic team.
Peter Bailey – Head of Development and Infrastructure
As Head of Development & Infrastructure my role is to manage those areas of the business, to ensure we meet our customer commitments therein and facilitate the overall creation and maintenance of our solutions. My role encompasses supporting the business goals in these key areas, and promoting innovation both in our solutions and practices.
