Oneserve Training and Support

As part of our service we ensure you have access to dedicated, named Oneserve support team members. There is no additional cost to this – everything is covered under your licence fee.

Your dedicated support team

We have built our software to be easy and intuitive to use. We firmly believe that whilst it’s our software, it’s your business; no one will be able to react to smaller day-to-day queries and changes faster, or more effectively than you, that’s why we use the Oneserve Administrator System. Oneserve System Administrators are the individuals within your organisation who own the oneserve system. They are the ‘go to’ person within your company. The first line of support for the rest of your users.

They can combine a thorough knowledge of Oneserve with your specific business needs to ensure that you can get the most out of the solution, quickly and cost efficiently. A System Administrator user harnesses their knowledge and trains colleagues, collecting feedback to ensure Oneserve continually delivers what the business needs.

This is all supported by the Oneserve support team who liaise directly with the System Administrator to focus attention on further optimising your solution and working both strategically and tactically to develop the software as your needs grow and evolve.

The Oneserve system is intuitive and in our experience users have required minimal training. Our approach to training is to set up a framework to deliver ‘Train the trainer’ classroom session. We will hold one to one training sessions with your System Administrators, using your data and your configuration as a training base.

The close working relationship we have with your System Administrator will enable the Oneserve support team to respond and resolve your issues quickly.

System Administrator Training

System administrator training is an ongoing process to ensure that all System Administrators have the required knowledge to be the first line of support for your company.

Training takes place in two steps. The first step is a 4-day training course – this will be segmented into two 2-day sessions with the break between them allowing System Administrators to familiarize themselves with the ‘day-to-day’ operations of Oneserve. The latter two days will mainly cover the ‘behind-the-scenes’ elements that allow administrators to create and configure workflow and settings for themselves. Following the training there will be an assessment that will consist of 30 questions and there will be a pass mark of 75%.

The second section of System Administration training comprises bi-monthly (every 2 months) webinars and assessments to ensure that knowledge has been retained. System Admins don’t need to worry if they can’t make the date, as all webinars will be recorded and available on the help centre to watch or review. The webinars will be followed by a short assessment, a link to which will be sent to all System Administrators.
