Create forms and surveys with ease using Oneserve’s form-building functionality. Collect all the service management data you need without wasting time and resources. We have developed two different versions of our form builders, depending on your requirements.
Our standard form program offers a library of templates to choose from, ideal for repairs and maintenance organisations and social housing associations needing to ensure on-the-job data is collected in a timely manner. Once a survey has been selected, your back office teams can assign them to the relevant job type so that the surveys appear for completion by your mobile operatives via the Oneserve Mobile App.
In addition, Build My Forms offers every benefit of our standard survey building tool whilst introducing a greater level of flexibility. Create an unlimited number of surveys according to your organisation’s particular requirements through easily dragging and dropping different question types into your survey, including offering photograph uploads and multiple signature capture.
