Our vehicle tracking solution uses location intelligence to give you near real-time tracking of your operatives when they are en route to an appointment or carrying out a job. However, the operative cannot be tracked if they have not marked an appointment as ‘live’ within their Oneserve Mobile App (i.e. they are not en route or carrying out a job). Therefore, our solution is not designed to assist with operative safety or provide a lone worker solution. It is designed to give you visibility over live appointments so that you have the insight needed to continually optimise your resources for best effect.

No. Although our software can track the location of operatives in near real-time it is not designed for fleet management.

Parts and stock management is a feature within our job management software however it does not operate as a standalone solution. 

Yes! We understand that operatives may have to work in locations that have poor mobile signal and that this can have a negative impact on their ability to report on job status. Even when there is no signal, operatives can continue to use the Oneserve mobile app to record information and complete the job. As soon as the operative comes into an area with signal, the information will sync across the whole system. 

No, we do not offer free trials. Why? Every deployment of our job management software is unique to the organisation that will use it. Our in-house technical team work closely with our clients to configure the software and ensure that their end-users are confident using it. So, a free trial wouldn’t accurately demonstrate Oneserve’s full capabilities.
