How much does Oneserve’s field service management software cost?
Unlike many software providers, Oneserve isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Pricing for Oneserve’s software can vary due to the exact requirement of the client and the level of customisation required.
We promise our clients that we will always give them a fair price. So if you think Oneserve could be the solution your organisation needs, get in touch and we can discuss your requirement further and issue you with a bespoke quote.
Does Oneserve serve a minimum number of users?
We recommend that our software is best suited for organisations with 10 plus users. However, if you’re a smaller organisation looking to implement a job management system that will support your business growth, we can still help. Give us a call to discuss your specific requirements.
Does Oneserve integrate with other software?
We provide integrations for a wide range of mainstream applications, bespoke and legacy systems. Our aim is to ensure that Oneserve seamlessly integrates with your existing systems to create a seamless, automated, and highly efficient process.
Take a look at some of our integrations.
Can I monitor my mobile workforce out in the field?
Our vehicle tracking solution uses location intelligence to give you near real-time tracking of your operatives when they are en route to an appointment or carrying out a job. However, the operative cannot be tracked if they have not marked an appointment as ‘live’ within their Oneserve Mobile App (i.e. they are not en route or carrying out a job). Therefore, our solution is not designed to assist with operative safety or provide a lone worker solution. It is designed to give you visibility over live appointments so that you have the insight needed to continually optimise your resources for best effect.
Does Oneserve include fleet management?
No. Although our software can track the location of operatives in near real-time it is not designed for fleet management.
Can Oneserve’s parts and stock management solution be provided as a stand-alone system?
Parts and stock management is a feature within our job management software however it does not operate as a standalone solution.
Does Oneserve’s Mobile App work offline?
Yes! We understand that operatives may have to work in locations that have poor mobile signal and that this can have a negative impact on their ability to report on job status. Even when there is no signal, operatives can continue to use the Oneserve mobile app to record information and complete the job. As soon as the operative comes into an area with signal, the information will sync across the whole system.
Does Oneserve offer a free trial?
No, we do not offer free trials. Why? Every deployment of our job management software is unique to the organisation that will use it. Our in-house technical team work closely with our clients to configure the software and ensure that their end-users are confident using it. So, a free trial wouldn’t accurately demonstrate Oneserve’s full capabilities.
We do however offer comprehensive free demos, tailored to your specific requirements where possible, to showcase the art of the possible for your organisation. Click here to request your demo.
Who is Oneserve owned and developed by?
Oneserve is a privately owned company with an in-house team of developers. This enables us to deliver on our promise of providing a constantly beneficial partnership for our clients which means Oneserve is the last service management software you will need to invest in.
