Localz
We partner with Localz to deliver direct operative communication and live ETA tracking on the day of the service appointment.
Localz functionality enhances the communication you can offer your end customers on the day of their repairs and maintenance appointments. By allowing ‘on my way’ communications between the tenant and your operative, as well as enabling their location to be mapped and a live ETA provided, your ability to minimise costly no-access appointments becomes much improved. Since using location tracking one of our customers, United Living Property Services, has seen a 45% reduction in no access appointments.
Active Housing
Active Housing specialise in developing niche software for the social housing sector.
Oneserve’s partnership with Active Housing connects their Active Diagnostics tools to our job management software. This functionality allows tenants to accurately diagnose and log property issues, then schedule a convenient appointment with an operative.
Tenants can search for problems, compare their faulty parts with photos in a catalogue (like taps), and find information about whether the repair is their responsibility and if it is, how to fix it. The whole system can also be configured according to the specific types of repairs you offer.
Since using a diagnostic system like this, users typically see 100% of eligible repairs reported online, reducing inbound calls by over 50%.
