My role within Oneserve has two primary components, working across our board to set organisational strategy and then taking overall responsibility to ensure that we succeed in all our goals.

There are two real stand out factors that make me proud of Oneserve, firstly the team; exceptionally talented and passionate people who truly believe in what we’re doing.

Secondly, it has to be what we’re doing. So many service visits start with a negative, something breaking or in need of repairing. What we allow our clients to do is to turn that paradigm on its head and turn a negative start into a positive experience. We’ve all been on the end of both positive and negative service experiences, the knowledge that we’re powering hundreds of thousands of positive experiences is definitely something to be proud of, for all of us.

With over 25 years of technology and business change achievements in several roles within Financial Services, Retail and Civil Service, I am experienced in delivering improvements to technical and organisational effectiveness leading to enhanced value for our clients.

In my role as Sales Director I am responsible for developing Oneserve’s strategy to grow new business revenues.

Working alongside my team of sales professionals, I come face to face with the challenges experienced by our clients – how to provide the best possible service to their customers whilst decreasing their costs and increasing their efficiencies. It is our role to really understand these requirements, establishing how Oneserve can be implemented to help our clients achieve their objectives and deliver ROI.

With over 25 years’ experience of working within the technology sector, mostly delivering field service management solutions, my focus is on adding value for our client-partners and developing relationships that go far beyond the initial project to deploy the solution.
