My role within Oneserve has two primary components, working across our board to set organisational strategy and then taking overall responsibility to ensure that we succeed in all our goals.

There are two real stand out factors that make me proud of Oneserve, firstly the team; exceptionally talented and passionate people who truly believe in what we’re doing.

Secondly, it has to be what we’re doing. So many service visits start with a negative, something breaking or in need of repairing. What we allow our clients to do is to turn that paradigm on its head and turn a negative start into a positive experience. We’ve all been on the end of both positive and negative service experiences, the knowledge that we’re powering hundreds of thousands of positive experiences is definitely something to be proud of, for all of us.

It is our role to really understand these requirements, establishing how Oneserve can be implemented to help our clients achieve their objectives and deliver ROI.

With over 25 years’ experience of working within the technology sector, mostly delivering field service management solutions, my focus is on adding value for our client-partners and developing relationships that go far beyond the initial project to deploy the solution.

As a Senior Project Manager I ensure our team help our client partners onboard effectively. From the point in which they buy Oneserve, all the way through to go live, we are there to ensure Oneserve is configured to customers requirements and is delivered on time and in budget. Our aim is always to leave our client partners with a system that will give them maximum business benefits from the word go.

My favourite part about working at Oneserve is the variety of projects I get to work with – every project is completely different, and it’s always really interesting to learn about each individual business. I truly believe we have a product that truly benefits customers and end users, allowing them to work more effectively and efficiently.

This varies from general system configuration, through to integrating third party applications and providing system administrator training.

Having been with Oneserve since 2010 I have found the transformation and journey inspiring. With impressive improvements year on year, Oneserve has now powered over 40 million working hours to date. I am very proud to say that the work my team has done has directly contributed to that.

We troubleshoot any issues and answer any queries to help our client partners get the best out of Oneserve. This support includes our online Help Centre which we continually develop to give the System Administrators direct access to the information they need.  

My favourite aspect of Oneserve is the family-like culture. I can often be found, organising events for the team and the response is always positive with everybody getting involved. This united spirit carries across to our everyday work with everyone working and supporting each other. I firmly believe it is this culture that makes Oneserve as successful as it is.
