Standard Surveys

Standard Surveys removes the need for manual paperwork, instead offering a library of surveys from which to choose to ensure you are collecting the on-the-job data you need in a timely manner. Once a survey has been selected, your back office teams then assign these to the relevant job type so that the surveys appear for completion by your mobile workers via the Oneserve Mobile App.

Enhanced Surveys – our premium survey builder

Enhanced Surveys offers everything within our standard tool whilst also bringing greater flexibility. Through a highly intuitive, self-service interface you can create and edit as many surveys as you need, bespoke to your organisation’s requirements. Simple drag and drop functionality enables you to quickly and easily build your surveys in a highly flexible way. The surveys then appear on relevant jobs for completion by your mobile operatives via their Oneserve Mobile App.
